• Application does not confirm vendor space

  • Vendor fee is $50 per space payable when invoiced

  • Sponsorship includes vendor space and 1 year Business Membership in Paws-Ability. Title sponsorship $1,000. Basic Sponsor $250

  • Sponsors will be given priority when assigning location of vendor space

  • Paws-Ability Business Members will be given priority in acceptance and in assignment of location for vendor space

  • BandFest entertainment this year will be provided by Sea & Sand Band, The Mason Lovette Band and Gary Lowder & Smokin Hot.

  • The event will be publicized on local radio and TV stations, in local magazines and newspapers, on Paws-Ability’s website & FB

  • Vendors will be asked to donate an item for raffle on event day

  • Vendor space will accommodate a 10 X 10 tent (space exceptions made for food vendors)

  • There is no electricity available at vendor spaces

  • Vendors must complete set up no later than 11 AM on event day

  • Vendor vehicles must be moved to a designated “vendor parking area” by 11 am on event day

  • Paws-Ability will work with participating vendors to provide advertising and promotion of their product or services before and during the event

  • Participating vendors are expected to likewise publicize BandFest to their customer base, through vendor’s website and social media
